Feldmar Watch Company’s Operations Manager, Jamie C. Hayes, was born and raised in Los Angeles. President Sol Meller personally recruited Jamie to work in his store, where he has remained since 2003. Jamie excels in customer service and has an extensive knowledge of both the watch industry and its products. He believes that an educated sales team is the key to success in making customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their purchases.

Mr. Hayes is a brand ambassador for Breguet, Breitling, Girard Perregaux, Omega, TAG Heuer and Ulysse Nardin. He also received additional training from such illustrious brands as Anonimo, Blancpain, Bremont, Bulgari, Cartier, Dior, Glashutte, Hermes, JeanRichard, Longines, Maurice Lacroix, Montblanc, Parmigiani, Technomarine, Tissot, U-Boat and Victorinox. Each year, Jamie travels to Switzerland to attend the Baselword Watch Fair and continues to buy domestically as well.
